Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of 4XP Game Nutrition are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by 4XP Game Nutrition, located in Ogden, UT.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents that You meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on June 10, 2025 at 12:00am MST and ends on June 22, 2025 at 11:59pm MST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit www.4xpgaming.com/giveaway and complete the online form with your email address and any other requested information. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by 4XP Game Nutrition within 3 days of the giveaway closing. Winner will be notified by email at the address provided within 3 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, You grant 4XP Game Nutrition the right to use your name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
