This Giveaway is sponsored by 4XP Gaming.

2. Eligibility
 

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of 4XP Gaming are not eligible to participate.
 

3. Giveaway Period
 

The Giveaway begins on 5/19/2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on 6/2/2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Giveaway Period”).
 

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
 

4. How to Enter
 

Participants may earn entries through the following methods during the Giveaway Period:
 

Standard Entry

Social Media Bonus Entries
 

Participants may earn:
 

• 1 additional entry per social media platform followed

Eligible platforms may include:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• TikTok

• YouTube

• X (Twitter)

• Twitch

• Discord

Only verified follows on official 4XP Gaming accounts qualify.
 

Purchase Bonus Entries
 

• Receive 5 additional entries for each product purchased during the Giveaway Period through 4XP Gaming Official Website.

Eligible purchases must be completed successfully and not refunded, canceled, or charged back before the winner is selected.
 

There is no limit to the number of purchase-based bonus entries.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) or more winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours,

Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

Prize details will be listed on the official Giveaway announcement page or promotional materials.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and valid participation methods, including:

• Social media follows

• Purchase verification

• Entry authenticity

Automated entries, fraudulent activity, fake accounts, bots, or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant 4XP Gaming permission to use their name, username, likeness, submitted content, and/or hometown for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless 4XP Gaming, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures

• Website outages

• Lost or delayed entries

• Unauthorized access

• Errors in Giveaway administration

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with 007, Xbox, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Discord, or any other social media platform.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this Giveaway may be used for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the

4XP Gaming Privacy Policy.

12. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
