This isn’t just a copy of Gears of War: E-Day. The Collector’s Edition was built as a celebration of the history of Gears and the relationship between two of the franchise’s most iconic characters: Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago. At the center of the collection is an enormous 15-inch Marcus and Dom diorama, capturing the two soldiers during the chaos of Emergence Day.

Gears of War: E-Day takes the franchise back to where everything began.
Set 14 years before the original Gears of War, E-Day follows a younger Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago as humanity encounters the Locust Horde during the catastrophic events of Emergence Day.
Instead of jumping into a world that has already been devastated by war, we’ll experience the moment everything changes. The Locust erupt from below. Cities begin to fall. Humanity realizes it is facing an enemy unlike anything it has encountered before. And Marcus and Dom are thrown directly into the nightmare.
Built from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, E-Day brings the brutality of classic Gears into a new generation while exploring the origins of one of gaming’s most legendary partnerships.
The game will feature its campaign alongside multiplayer, Horde Siege, and Versus PvP.
Gears of War: E-Day officially releases October 6, 2026.
